Candidate Privacy Notice

This notice explains how VitalSyncLabs handles information submitted for a role or for future-opportunity consideration.

Updated August 28, 2026

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide for recruiting, such as your name, email address, résumé, professional links, and responses to role-specific questions. We also record the opening and notice version connected to your submission.

How we use it

We use candidate information to review qualifications, communicate about an application, coordinate interviews, protect the recruiting process, and meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations. We do not use application information for health-product marketing.

Who may review it

Access is limited to people involved in recruiting, hiring, security, legal, or support work who need the information for an approved purpose. Interviewers do not receive accommodation details through ordinary candidate-review tools.

Documents and service providers

Application documents are stored privately, checked before recruiter access, and are not published through a public file URL. Approved service providers may process information only to operate, secure, or support the recruiting workflow for VitalSyncLabs.

Retention and the talent community

Application information is retained only for the recruiting, legal, security, and recordkeeping period that applies to the submission. Consent to keep information for future opportunities is separate, optional, and has its own retention and withdrawal state.

Your choices

A secure candidate link lets you view the current application state, withdraw one application, withdraw talent-community consent, or submit a privacy request. Withdrawing an application does not automatically delete records, and a privacy request does not withdraw a separate application unless you do that separately.

Questions or requests

For a candidate privacy request, application support, or an accommodation, use the appropriate secure route. Do not send medical records, passwords, government identifiers, or payment information.
